Uttarakhand formerly known as Uttaranchal, and often referred to as the Dev Bhumi- the Land of Gods, owing to numerous pilgrimage centres and Hindu temples throughout the state.
With soaring Himalayan peaks and steamy lowland jungles, peaceful hill stations and busy cities, revered temples and renowned ashrams – Uttarakhand is an enticingly diverse state. Also boasting of some of India’s best trekking, yoga schools, wildlife-watching and holiday towns all tucked into one little corner of the country.
The state is divided into two divisions, Garhwal and Kumaon, with 13 districts in total. The interim capital and the largest city of Uttarakhand is Dehradun. The High Court of the state is in Nainital.
Day 1: Delhi – Nainital
On arrival delhi ,meet assist and transfer to Nainital and drop at hotel Nainital. After Lunch day free for leisure boating at Naini Lake. Dinner and night stay in Nainital.
Day 2: Nainital
After breakfast leave for lake tour covering sightseeing Bhimtal, Naukuchiayatal and sat-tal. O/N stay in Nainital
Day 3:Nainital – Kausani
After breakfast leave for Kausani via Almora. Evening sunset view of Himalayas. Dinner and night stay in Kausani
Day 4:Kausani – Corbett
After breakfast leave for Corbett. En route sightseeing covering Girjia temple and Corbett fall. Evening free for Leisure Dinner and night stay in Corbett
Day 5:Corbett
After breakfast leave for Jungle Safari in Corbett National Park. Dinner and night stay in Corbett.
Day 7: Corbett – Delhi
After breakfast drive to Delhi. Tour ends.
